Abstract: This paper is a summary about the optimization and analysis of supply chain. Based on reviewing the theories and methods of SCM, the analysis of models for production-operational management and SCM is summarized. The former is parts of supply chain, where the models and optimization of inventory, production-distribution, inventory-distribution, quality control and finance etc. are discussed; the latter is whole of supply chain, where the models and optimization of integration, supply contract, information value, production management and international operation etc. are discussed. In the end, the further research direction about models and optimization of supply chain is shown.
