基于数据存储的电力系统短期负荷优化策略设计

Design of Short Term Load Optimizing Strategy for Power System Based on Data Storage

  • 摘要: 针对复杂大电力系统多类型机组的复杂动力特性、多变运行工况、繁多约束条件下的短期负荷优化问题,采用运行费用最小为原则建立数学模型,并设计了数据存储优化策略.在此基础上,研制由动力特性分析模块、数据计算预测模块和短期负荷优化模块组成的集成化软件系统ECORUN3.0.基于华北地区某电力系统的数据进行仿真计算,结果表明,采用数据存储优化策略明显地提高了经济效益,为实际优化调度提供了技术支持,并为下一步进行多目标优化打下了良好的基础.

     

    Abstract: For the short term load optimizing strategy problem in the complex power system with multi-type generating sets under the conditions of complex dynamic characteristics,flexible operation conditions and various constraints,a mathematical model with the principle of minimizing operating costs is built and an optimizing strategy based on data storage is designed. On these bases,an integrated software system named ECORUN3.0 is developed which is composed of dynamic property analysis module,data calculation and forecasting module and short term load optimizing module.A numerical simulation is carried out according to the data from a certain power system in north China,and the results show that economic efficiency is significantly increased by using the data storage optimizing strategy.The strategy can provide technical references for the actual optimal scheduling and lay a good foundation for the next step of multi-objective optimization.
