基于复数小波的图像恢复算法研究

Research on the Image Restoration Algorithm Based on Complex Wavelets

  • 摘要: 研究了基于复数小波的各种图像恢复算法,提出把HMT模型应用到ForWaRD的图像恢复中.利用ForWaRD算法,首先把模糊加噪的降质图像在傅立叶域中进行维纳滤波器正则反卷,然后在小波域中进行去噪处理,可以得到较好的恢复效果.对典型卷积加噪线性降质图像进行了仿真实验,并把基于复数小波的各种图像恢复算法的仿真结果同基于正交小波的图像恢复算法仿真结果作了比较,发现前者无论从客观指标还是视觉效果上都有明显的优势,尤其是基于HMT模型的复数ForWaRD图像恢复方法.

     

    Abstract: Some image restoration algorithms based on complex wavelets are discussed, and HMT(hidden Mar-kov tree) model is applied to the ForWaRD image restoration algorithm. Firstly, we use the Wiener filter to deblur the observed image in the Fourier domain, and then remove the unwanted noises in wavelet domain. Simulations are done for solving the typical convolution and noised linear degraded modeling. By comparing the results based on complex wavelets with those of the real orthogonal wavelets, we find that the former method performs better by visual feelings and objective criterions, especially the method of HMT ForWaRD based on complex wavelets.
