基于专家知识的分层启发式自校正动态矩阵控制

DYNAMIC MATRIX CONTROL WITH EXPERT KNOWLEDGE-BASED MULTI-LAYERED HEURISTIC SELF-TUNING

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种基于专家知识的分层启发式自校正动态矩阵控制算法,其上层基于实时输出偏差和内模误差确定校正的策略,下层则根据模型失配的情况,采用带有模型辨识自校正或启发式自校正的动态矩阵控制,这种算法集人的调查经验和传统的辨识校正法于一体,改善了闭环系统在模型失配情况下的动态响应.

     

    Abstract: A new dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm with expert knowledge-based multi-layered heuristic self-tuning is presented in this paper. In the algorithm, the correction strategy is pivoted on real-time outputerror and internal model error in the higher level, while in the lower level model identification self-tuning or heuristic self-tuning DMC is employed according to the extent of model mismatch. The adjustment experience of experts and conventional identification self-tuning method are merged into a whole structure, therefore the dynamic performance of closed-loop system with model mismatch is improved.
