Abstract: Based on some new features of radio frequency identification(RFID),a city intelligent transportation management system model is proposed to solve a series of classical difficult problems in city traffic management system.This model combines with such technologies as RFID,digital image processing,network communications and database,and can monitor and control traffic flow,vehicle information and traffic conditions in real time.Since the system incorporates state-space exhaustive method and information fusion techniques,it can intelligently adjust and control traffic status,automatically dispose traffic peccancy,conduct vehicle tracking,realize real-time query on tra-(ffic) conditions and vehicle statistics.
