输出增量反馈思想

OUTPUT INCREMENT FEEDBACK PHILOSOPHY

  • 摘要: 针对实际过程控制中的普遍的无超调或小超调要求,本文提出了一种全新的控制思想.它通过一个中间程序速度的引入,把传统的对于绝对输出量的控制转变为一种更容易把握的对于输出增量的直接控制,从而达到无超调或小超调的目的.给出了程序速度的设计方法,并初步分析了运行机理,发现了它的鲁棒性很强.运用预测控制实现这一控制策略.仿真结果则验证了算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: To deal with the familiar requirements for non-overshoot performance in real process control, this paper presents a new control philosophy. A medium programmable speed is introduced, and the control algorithm is based on output increment feedback rather than routine output feedback. This control method may lead to non-overshoot control easily. The design method for velocity is presented, and the mechanism is analyzed primarily. Model predictive control is utilized to realize this philosophy. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the philosophy.
