基于转矩脉动特性的无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动抑制方法

Commutation Torque Ripple Reduction Method in Brushless DC Motor Based on Deviation Feature of Torque Ripple

  • 摘要: 针对两两导通3相6状态无刷直流电机在不同速段及不同换相区间时会产生不同特性的换相转矩脉动的问题,提出了以转矩脉动偏差为反馈量,并根据反馈量获知电机运行高、低速段区间,配合以不同PWM(pulse width modulation)算法分别抑制电机在高、低不同速段转矩脉动,最后以反馈量大小作为判断换相过程是否结束的方法.该方法不仅有针对性地解决了不同速段转矩脉动产生的差异性,而且有效地解决了换相时间难以确定的问题.搭建了一套低压型无刷直流电机实验平台,实验结果验证了控制方法的有效性,电机在较宽速段范围内运行时换相转矩脉动都得到了有效抑制.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the distinctions of commutation torque ripple in a three-phase, six-state brushless DC motor (BLDCM) with two conduction states under different speeds and different commutation intervals, a novel method is proposed to obtain information at high-speed or low-speed regions. The ending of commutation according to the feedback of torque ripple deviation allows different pulse width modulations (PWM) to be used to reduce torque ripple in both high-speed and low-speed regions. The novel method is not only adapted to the difference in torque ripple of different speeds, but it also solves the difficult problem of getting an accurate commutation interval. A low-voltage BLDCM experimental platform has been set up to validate the control method; Experimental results show that commutation torque ripple is suppressed in wide speed regions.
