  • 摘要: 随着信息科学技术的发展,工业系统的复杂程度不断增加,工业控制系统的安全问题受到广泛关注,维护复杂工业系统安全成为了当前故障诊断与安全控制领域的研究重点.为保证复杂工业系统的安全性和可靠性,需要尽早监测到在运行过程中存在的故障和安全隐患,并尽可能降低故障带来的影响.近些年来,涌现出大量故障诊断与安全控制相关的研究文献.本文回顾了复杂工业系统故障诊断与安全控制方法的发展历程及其在工程上的应用,对目前的研究现状和研究趋势进行总结和分析,并对未来发展方向进行了展望,期望通过本文的工作能为广大工程师和科研工作者提供一定的指导帮助和参考依据.

     

    Abstract: With the development of information science technology, the complexity of industrial system is increasing, and the safety of complex industrial control system is widely concerned. How to maintain complex industrial system safety has become the focus in the field of fault diagnosis and safety control. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the industrial systems, it is necessary to detect the faults and potential safety hazards in time and reduce the impact of faults as far as possible. In recent years, a large number of literature related to fault diagnosis and safety control have emerged. In this paper, the development of fault diagnosis and safety control methods for industrial systems and their applications in engineering are summarized. The research status and trends are also analyzed, and the direction is prospected for the future. It is expected that the paper can provide some guidance and reference to engineers and researchers.
