神经网络自适应模糊控制在温度控制系统中的应用

APPLICATION OF NEURAL NETWORK ADAPTIVE FUZZY CONTROL IN TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 把神经网络与模糊控制相结合,提出一种基于神经网络的自适应模糊控制器.这种控制器由模糊神经网络控制器和模型网络组成,采用快速的变斜率梯度下降算法学习,具有自适应学习功能.仿真结果及其应用于温度控制系统中,控制性能明显优于一般Fuzzy控制.

     

    Abstract: Integrating neural network with fuzzy system, an adaptive fuzzy controller using neural network is proposed in this paper. This control system consists of a fuzzy neural controller (FNC) and model network(M N N). Aweight-learning a lgorithm is presented using the gradient descent method with avariable-slopes, which is useful to accelerate learning and improve convergence. Simulation and temperature control results show that the proposed controller has good controlper formance.
