Fault Diagnosis Technology Based on S Transform in Power Electronics Circuit

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于S变换和支持向量机(SVM)的电力电子电路故障诊断方法,首先对故障信号进行S变换时频分析并提取相应的故障特征,然后构造支持向量机分类器实现对故障类型的识别.三相桥式可控整流电路晶闸管故障诊断仿真结果表明该方法能准确对电力电子电路故障进行类型的识别和故障元的定位,对噪声具有鲁棒性且训练样本数少,在解决电力电子电路故障问题上有着很好的实用价值和应用前景.

     

    Abstract: A method based on S transform and support vector machines(SVM) is presented for fault diagnosis of power electronics circuit,in which the S transform time-frequency analysis on fault signal is used to extract the features corresponding to various faults,then fault types are identified through the pattern recognition classifier based on SVM.The simulation result of fault diagnosis of thyristor in three-phase full-bridge controlled rectifier circuit shows that the proposed method can accurately diagnose fault and locate fault element for power electronics circuit,it has excellent robustness to noise,and it just needs small number of training sample,thus it has very good practical value and applicable prospect in the solution to fault question for power electronics circuit.
