Cooperative Gauge Control Strategy of Reversible Cold Rolling Mill for High-Precision Aluminum Plate Strip

  • 摘要: 分析研究了冷轧机AGC的主要控制方式,并应用轧机弹跳特性对轧机辊缝进行补偿,得到高精度铝薄板带材可逆冷轧机厚度协调控制策略.仿真结果表明厚度协调控制策略能满足高精度铝薄板带材生产精度要求,显著提高了控制系统性能.

     

    Abstract: The main control methods of AGC(automatic gauge control) are analyzed,the bounce characteristic of the rolling mill is used to compensate the roller gap,and the cooperative gauge control strategy for reversible cold rolling mill to produce high precision aluminum plate strip is obtained.Simulation result shows that the presented strategy meets the productive demands of high precision aluminum plate strip,and performance of the control system is improved obviously.
