Modeling and Simulation of a Hybrid Manufacturing/Remanufacturing System

  • 摘要: 利用z变换技术建立了混合型制造/再制造系统的传递函数模型,并根据三种不同场景对传统系统和混合系统进行了仿真对比分析.研究结果表明,混合系统的性能与制造提前期和再制造提前期之间的差异密切相关.当两个提前期差异较小时,混合系统的性能要优于传统系统;而当两个提前期差异较大时,混合系统的性能会劣于传统系统.此外,研究还表明,随着生产成本、处置成本的升高或者回收成本、再制造成本的降低,混合系统的经济价值将逐渐增强.

     

    Abstract: Transfer function models of a hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system are developed by using z transform,and the dynamic behaviors of traditional and hybrid systems are simulated in three different scenarios.The results show that the performance of a hybrid system is mainly determined by the discrepancy between the manufacturing lead-time and remanufacturing lead-time.Usually,a hybrid system is better than a traditional system if the lead-time discrepancy is smaller and worse than a traditional system if the lead-time discrepancy is larger.Moreover,the research indicates that the economic value of a hybrid system will be enhanced with the increase of production cost and disposal cost,or with the decrease of remanufacturing cost and collection cost.
