摘要: 为解决我国烟草行业生产计划的刚性与市场需求的不确定性间的矛盾，本文在烟草行业生产控制特征分析的基础上建立了烟草行业生产控制数学模型——烟草行业生产控制模型（TIPCM），并给出了模型的求解过程．TIPCM实现了专卖体制下以市场为导向的生产计划资源的有效配置．Abstract: In order to solve the contradiction between rigidity of production planning and the uncertainty of market de-mands,a mathematical model named TIPCM(tobacco industry production control model) is proposed and the solving process is given based on the analysis on features of tobacco industry production control.The goal of market-driven deployment of production plan resources within the monopoly system can be achieved effectively by applying TIPCM.
