Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) for the Hot Strip Mill with Pressure Feedback from the Hydraulic Cylinder

  • 摘要: 本文主要叙述在太钢1700mm炉卷轧机改造中,其液压AGC系统使用液压缸压力信号代替压头信号作为轧制力参数进行厚度自动控制的一种新方法.分析了液压缸压力信号与压头信号的差别,以及使用液压缸压力信号时采用的相应措施,最后提到本装置在长期使用中所得到的良好效果.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a new automatic gauge control with pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder as the rolling force parameters in the renovation of the 1700 mm steckel reversing hot strip mill is described.We have analyzed the difference between the pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder and that from the load cell,and discussed what correspond measures should be taken in the use of pressure signal from the hydraulic cylinder.Finally,results from long field run are given.
