A Unified Artificial Immune System Framework and Its Application to Data Classification

  • 摘要: 受智能进化理论的启发,集成现有的免疫算法,加入更高的智能层次上新的免疫机制,建立了一个人工免疫系统的整体多层次架构.首先,从智能进化的角度说明基于整体免疫系统信息处理机制的算法具有更高的“计算”能力.然后,就一种新的基于人工免疫系统整体架构的数据分析算法,介绍了试验结果,并对结果进行了讨论.最后,笔者指出,人工免疫系统整体架构不仅可以提高现有算法的效率,而且可以扩展人工免疫系统的应用领域.

     

    Abstract: Inspired by intelligence evolution theory,we integrate several AIS(artificial immune system) algorithms,add a new immune mechanism at the higher level of intelligence,and develop a unified multi-level architecture for artificial immune systems.Firstly,from the perspective of intelligent evolution,we describe that the algorithm based on the whole information processing mechanism of immune system has much more computing ability to deal with different information.Then,with regard to a new data analysis algorithm based on the unified AIS architecture,some experimental results are presented and discussed.Finally,we point out that the unified AIS framework is not only able to improve the efficiency of the existing algorithms but also to extend the application domains.
