  • 摘要: 运用混杂系统的思想,针对焦炉加热过程进行混杂特性分析.提出了包括决策处理级、温度智能控制级和过程控制级的焦炉加热过程火道温度的混杂递阶控制结构.在综合分析焦炉加热过程工艺的基础上,采用专家推理和统计的方法,根据荒煤气温度对生产中的各种工况进行状态划分,从而确定温度控制器的选择.采用带加权系数的方法建立模糊控制规则,设计了针对复杂工况的焦炉加热过程温度智能控制器.实际运行结果证明了本文所采用的控制结构和方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: The hybrid system is used to analyze the hybrid properties of the heating process in coke oven.A hybrid hierarchical control structure for heating process in coke oven is proposed,which includes a decision-making layer,an intelligent temperature control layer and a process control layer.The heating process of coke oven is synthetically analyzed,the process states are classified with expert reasoning and statistical methods according to the temperature of raw gas,and the temperature controllers are accordingly decided.According to this decision-making information,fuzzy control rules are built with weighted parameters,and intelligent temperature controllers are designed for coke ovens with complex processes.Results from practical operation prove the effectiveness of the presented control method.
