摘要: 在本文中用模糊数来考虑工程网络中作业时间的非肯定性，且介绍了一种以可能性分布表示的整个工程完工时间的方法．与PERT相比较，这里介绍的方法是合理的，简单的，且便于应用．

Abstract: In this paper,fuzzy number is used to take the uncertainty in the job durationtime of the project network into consideration.And a procedure is proposed to calculate the completion time of the entire project in terms of the probability distribution.Compared with PERT,The method introduced is reasonable,simple andeasy to handle.
