Production Control System for Bus Assembling Process

  • 摘要: 首先,研究客车装配过程中生产控制需求和生产特点,构建了客车装配生产控制系统,采用较为通用的五层体系结构.然后,对系统实现的关键技术、开发平台进行深入研究,数据采集使用自动识别技术,应用服务使用车辆跟踪、路由控制技术,报表分析使用Web技术.数据采集、报表分析分别基于.NET平台的Windows应用和Web应用,车辆跟踪、路由控制基于组态软件GEFanuc Proficy Tracker智能化平台.整个系统各层次功能明确,各层之间无缝集成,具有较强的鲁棒性和扩展性.最后,应用案例验证了系统的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Firstly,the requirements of production control and the features of bus assembling process are studied,the bus assembling production control system is built,and the common five-tier architecture is adopted.Then,the key technologies and development platform used in the system realization are studied in-depth.Automatic identification technology is used in data acquisition,vehicle tracking and routing control technologies are used in application server,and Web technology is used in statement analysis.Data acquisition and statement analysis implementation are separately based on the Windows and Web application of.NET platform and vehicle tracking and routing control implementation are based on the configuration software named as GE Fanuc Proficy Tracker intelligent platform.Every layer's function is distinct and integrated seamlessly in the entire system,and the whole architecture has strongly robustness and expansibility.Finally,the validity of this system is proved by an application case.
