Fuzzy-Neural-Network-Based Predictive Functional Control for Coiling Temperature of Hot Strip Rolling

  • 摘要: 本文采用T-S模糊神经网络建立了热连轧带钢卷取温度控制模型,并在该模型的基础上提出了一种在线计算量较小、计算速度较快的预测函数控制算法.应用该算法对热连轧带钢卷取温度的精冷区控制进行了仿真研究;结果表明,该控制器能够把带钢卷取温度控制在预定的范围内,控制精度能够满足生产要求.

     

    Abstract: A model based on T-S fuzzy neural network is built to control the coiling temperature in hot strip rolling,and a predictive functional control algorithm with lower online computational cost and higher computational speed is proposed according to this model.The algorithm is used in simulation to control the coiling temperature of hot strip rolling,and the results validate the efficiency and precision of the algorithm in coiling temperature control.
