Identification and Simulation of Systematic Parameters in House of Quality Modeling

  • 摘要: 针对干燥机QFD系统的内在模糊性,运用带有对称模糊系数的模糊回归及模糊规划理论,建立了关联函数及自相关函数的模糊规划模型,分析了h值与各模糊系数展值的关系,提出了确定h最佳取值的方法.仿真研究表明,这些干燥机模型能够在信息不确定、不完整、不充分的环境下,帮助开发人员有效确定质量屋中的关联函数及自相关函数.该结果可应用于各种质量屋建模过程.

     

    Abstract: To deal with the internal fuzziness in quality function deployment(QFD)system of drier,the models of fuzzy programming in correlation function and auto-correlation function are established by using fuzzy regression and fuzzy programming theory with symmetric fuzzy coefficients.Then the relationship between hvalue and the extended fuzzy coefficients is analyzed,and the method to find its best value is proposed.Simulation results show that the models can help to identify correlation function and auto-correlation function under the condition of uncertain and incomplete information in the product fuzzy design process.These results are usable in various modeling of house of quality.
