An Improved Method for Adaptive Speech Denoising Based on Orthogonal Wavelet Transform

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于正交小波变换的自适应语音消噪改进方法,这种方法可以提高自适应语音消噪过程的收敛速率.正交小波变换在自适应滤波中起到白化的作用,使自适应滤波器的输入正交化.通过正交小波分解,自适应滤波器中的信号能量降低,输入自相关矩阵的动态范围减小,特征值分布更加集中,从而使收敛速率加快.

     

    Abstract: An improved method based on orthogonal wavelet transform for adaptive speech denoising is proposed,which can increase the convergence rate of the adaptive speech denoising process.Orthogonal wavelet transform plays a part in whiting,and enables the adaptive filter input signals to be orthogonal.With orthogonal wavelet analysis,the energy in the adaptive filter of every wavelet subspace is lowered,the dynamic domain of the input auto-correlated matrix of the adaptive filter is reduced,and the distribution of eigenvalues is more concentrated,so the convergence rate is increased.
