  • 摘要: 在工业过程控制中,对于参数未知和/或慢变化的对象在有随机干扰的工况下,用常规的PID调节仪表来控制往往不能得到满意的效果.针对这种情况,本文提出并已研制出应用随机控制理论的一种新型工业调节仪表.它采用计算机控制技术,应用递推最小二乘估计和以最小方差为目标函数的控制算法.这种称为自适应调节器的仪表以M6800微处理机为主体,采用传统的模拟仪表的0~10mA(直流)的输入输出信号.由于它具有在线辨识和实时控制能力,因而可以较好地解决一般的PID调节器所不能解决的一些调节问题.本文叙述了该仪表的原理,硬件的组成和软件的编制,并从仪表化的角度提出了实施的方法.最后用这种仪表对不同的模拟对象作了闭环试验,并与用PI调节作了比较,得到了较为满意的效果,从而证实了这种仪表设计的可行性.

     

    Abstract: It is not possible to achieve desired result with conventional PID regulators incases where industrial processes have unknown and/or varying parameters subject to stochastic disturbances.To solve this problem a new type of regulator has been designed on the basis of stochastic control concept.This regulator makes use of recursive least square estimation with minimum variance as performance function.The I/O signals are 0-10mA,d.c,ascommonly used in conventional analog instrumentation.Having the capability of on-line identification and real time control,the regulator is able to handle some control problems the conventional PTD regulator can't deal with satisfactorily.This paper describes the principle,hardware,software and its embodiment.The regulator has been used in the close-loop control of several simulated objects.Results show that this type of regulator is feasible and practical.
