STUDY ON VIRTUAL DESIGN SYSTEM FOR MEMS

  • 摘要: 本文提出了基于虚拟现实技术的MEMS虚拟设计系统,给出了MEMS计算机辅助设计系统的解决方案.通过这套MEMS虚拟设计系统,设计人员可以观察并评测其设计的外观和功能,使得在实际MEMS器件制作工艺之前,就能获得大量的器件运行数据和修正信息,提高MEMS器件设计制作的效率,缩短开发周期.

     

    Abstract: The idea of constructing virtual reality based design system for MEMS is put forward and its solution is given in this paper. Designer can observe its shape and verify its function with this system; and then designer can acquire much information on device operation before real device is fabricated, therefore, efficiency of MEMS device fabrication can be improved greatly and its development cycle can be shorten as the consequently.
