  • 摘要: 在分析陶瓷出现裂纹的原因的基础之上,提出并实现了基于小波包和灰色系统理论的陶瓷裂纹诊断方法.这种方法能够在泥料练制过程中及时诊断出陶瓷出现裂纹的可能性,而且这种方法具有计算简单,不需要大量样本数据等特点.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the causes of ceramic cracks,a method of ceramic crack diagnosis based on wavelet packet and gray system theory is proposed and realized.This method can diagnose the possibility of ceramic cracks timely during the mud extrusion process.What's more,this method has character of simple calculation and it does not require a large number of sample data.
