A Blast Burden Distribution Model Based on Information Fusion and Its Application

  • 摘要: 针对高炉炉内料面的分布特征,分析了对料面特征有影响的各种因素.通过对各类影响料面分布的测量参数的信息融合获取料面特征,建立了高炉料面分布模型.在某钢铁企业的2200m3高炉中得到了实际应用,实现了对高炉炉内料面分布的在线监测.

     

    Abstract: Distribution characteristics of blast furnace burden are presented and some factors that affect these characteristics are analysed.A burden surface distribution model is built by fusing the information of all operation parameters that affect the burden distribution characteristics.The model has been applied to a 2200m3 blast furnace in an iron and steel factory,to monitor the burden distribution of the blast furnace on line.
