Survey of Research Status Quo and Development Trends about Direct Torque Control

  • 摘要: 直接转矩控制技术是继矢量控制技术之后的一种新型高性能的交流变频调速技术,它以转矩响应快、结构简单明了、鲁棒性好等一系列优点受业界人士的广泛关注.理论研究与产品开发上,已取得了丰富的成果,并带来了巨大的经济效益,而作为新兴的技术,还存在许多不成熟、不完善的问题,如低速运行时,受电动机的参数变化影响严重;稳态运行时,脉动大.这些大大限制了直接转矩控制技术的应用范围.鉴于此,本文对直接转矩控制技术所取得的研究成果和目前存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了如何开展这项技术研究.

     

    Abstract: Direct Torque Control (DTC), which developed after the field-oriented control, is a novel and high-performance control strategy for ac variable-frequency drives. It is very popular for its merits, such as quick response of torque, structure simplicity, robustness, and etc. It has acquired many achievements in theory and application research, however, as a new technique there are immature and imperfect problems, i.e. severe influence of stator resistance under low speed condition, large torque ripple under steady state. This paper summarizes the current research status quo and existing problems for DTC, and presents how to develop DTC technique.
