多变量最优解耦控制设计方法及其在网前箱控制中的应用研究

Optimal and Decoupled Control System Design and Their Applications to a Paper Machine Headbox Control

  • 摘要: 本文在扼要地阐述二次型最优控制及解耦控制各自特点的基础上,提出了如何设计具有最优和解耦双重性能的控制系统问题,并给出了相应的三种设计方法.通过纸机网前箱的物理实验,表明了该系统具有良好的控制品质,因此,这些方法可放心地应用于工程实际.

     

    Abstract: After a brief review of the different characteristics of the guadratic optimal control and decoupling control,the problem of how to design the systems which are both optimal and decoupled are proposed in this paper.Three methods for solving such a problem are presented.These methods are applied to a simulating paper machine headbox control and the physical experiments are carried out for the designed systems.The satisfactory behaviours were given.It is shown that the presented methods are applicable in engineering practice.
