A Decision Making Model and its Application for Energy Conservation in Process Systems

  • 摘要: 基于大系统优化理论,文中提出了冶金生产过程系统节能决策模型.详细地介绍了该模型的基本结构、建模方法、算法和微机应用软件.以炼铁系统节能为例,拟定了炼铁生产合理用能方案,讨论了该方案的节能效果.

     

    Abstract: Decision Making Models are developed for energy conservation in metallurgicalprocess system,based upon the optimization theory for large systems.These modelsconsist of the multistage Input-Output Model and Decomposition-Coordination Model.Their formulation,algorithm and microcomputer software are explained in considera-ble detail.The models of saving energy in ironmaking process system are describedand discussed as a specific application of process modeling methodology.A reason-able scheme to minimize costs and energy is worked out in ironmaking processsystem.This scheme has yielded good results in saving energy.
