摘要: 本文分析了电视图象运动模糊的机理，建立了匀速直线运动模糊的模型．本文采用了改进的投影恢复方法，对电视运动模糊图象进行了原图象的恢复．文中给出了计算机模拟实验和实际的恢复结果．

Abstract: Blur mechanism of TV picture caused by uniform linear motion is analysedand a blur model is established.A modified projection method is used to eliminatethe blurs and restore the original images.Computer simulation and actual effectsare also presented.
