DYNAMIC SIMULATION METHODOLOGY OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES FOR OPERATOR TRAINING SIMULATOR

  • 摘要: 提出了一种适合仿真培训系统的工业过程多级仿真方法.这个方法把工业过程分为工艺过程和控制系统两部分,工艺过程又分为网络和设备两个层次.讨论了网络模型和设备单元模块各自的仿真方法.最后分析了网络模型、设备单元模块和控制系统的仿真步长的关系.

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a multi-level simulation methodology of industrial processes for training simulators.In the simulation methodology, the industrial processes are composed of two parts, which are technological processes and control systems.The technological processes are divided into two levels, whichare network levels and equipment levels.The simulation methods of network models and equipment unitmodules are discussed respectively.Furthermore,the relationship of the simulation step of network model,equipment unitmodule and control system is analyzed.
