某型舰炮自动检测与故障诊断专家系统的研究

AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS EXPERT SYSTEM OF NAVAL GUN

  • 摘要: 本文采用了一种符合人类维修专家诊断思路的方法,即层次模块化故障诊断法,来建造舰炮自动检测与故障诊断专家系统,在系统建造中,就其组成及其功能原理、检测及诊断知识库等多种规则的知识表示及其内容、具有四种事实的数据库、层次模块化的诊断推理机制、解释机制及学习功能进行了论述,从而为研制新型武器系统及类似系统的故障诊断装置,提供了一定的参考依据.

     

    Abstract: It is possible to build automatic checkoot and fault diagnosis expert system of naval gun by use of the method corresponding with the fauh diagnosis idea of the maintenance specialist, i. e. the layer-modularized fault diagnosis method. The system formation and functional principle, the knowledge representation of checkout and diagnosis rules, the layer-modullarized diagnosis reasoning mechanism, the explanation mechanism and learning function are described. Consequently, the basis for developing a fauh diagnosis system of new naval gun is provided.
