超常控制模式用于带钢卷取温度控制

SUPERNATURAL CONTROL MODE FOR CONTROLLING STRIP COILING TEMPERATURE

  • 摘要: 提出了超常控制模式,推出状态空间和超常状态空间过程向量间的直觉映射关系,建立了超常控制模式过程向量的坐标变换式并给出离散系统直觉偏差的算法,证明通过过程刷新与过程再现可实现时间超前,进而将超常控制模式用于热轧带钢卷取温度控制.

     

    Abstract: The-supernatural control mode is presented by building the instinctive mapping relationship between process vectors of space and supernatural state space. The coordinate transformation relationship of supernatural control mode vectors is set up and instinctive deviation algorithm of disperse system is given out; time lead can be realized by process refreshing and process reproduction and supernatural control mode is used to control strip coiling temperature.
