The New Research Progress of Advanced Energy Management System for Iron & Steel Enterprises

  • 摘要: 介绍了我国钢铁企业能源管理模式经历的阶段,并针对先进能源管理系统的能源介质在线监测、主要用能设备和生产过程的能效分析与优化控制、系统集成平台及多能源介质管理、分析与优化技术方面的新研究内容及其进展进行了详细的阐述.在钢铁企业能源管理系统中推广应用这些新的研究成果,将有效提升钢铁企业能源管理的效果.

     

    Abstract: The development periods of energy management in the iron & steel enterprises in China are introduced.And for the on-line energy resource media detecting of advanced energy management system(EMS),the energy efficiency analysis and the optimization control of main energy consuming equipments and production processes,the system intergrating platform and the management,analysis and optimization technologies of multiple energy media,the novel research items and progresses are stated in detail.The applications of these research results to the energy management system of iron & steel enterprises will effectively improve the effects of energy management.
