Multi-dimensional Classical Shock Waveform Control Technology

  • Standard shock impulse cannot be applied to the vibrator test due to the non-vanishing value of velocity and displacement integrating from acceleration. We present a symmetrical method to compensate for the half-sine, post-peak saw tooth, and symmetric trapezoidal wave. Combined with the multi-dimensional waveform controller, the shock waveform can realize multi-dimensional classical shock control. An experiment that involves driving a multi-dimensional electric vibrator shows a satisfactory control effect.
