Multi-depot Low-carbon Logistics Vehicle Routing Considering Customer Satisfaction

  • To address the design problems of e-commerce logistics path planning, in this study, we use the comprehensive modal emission model to establish a carbon emission model that includes multiple distribution stations, and take the carbon tax cost as part of the logistics distribution process. Secondly, considering the limited time window of the customer, we construct a customer-time-window-disturbance penalty function, and establish a low-carbon station-distribution logistics path planning model that considers customer satisfaction based on the time window limit and carbon emission mode. Thirdly, in the algorithm design stage, considering the NP-hard characteristics of the problem, we design a matrix coding method, a greedy heuristic initialization strategy, and a multi-species evolution mechanism for the simultaneous evolution of multiple drosophila populations, and design a communication-interaction mechanism between sub-species individuals. Finally, we use examples to verify the effectiveness of the model and the multi-species drosophila optimization algorithm, and discuss the relationship equilibrium between logistics cost, environmental protection, and customer satisfaction.
