Abstract:
In response to the significant impact of individual personality selections and allocations on group collaborations, an optimum personnel allocation approach in group collaborations based on individual preferential sematic representation is proposed. Firstly, a personality preference model in the context of group decision-making and an objective evaluation system for group collaborations are created. Subsequently, to deal with the conflicts in personnel allocations, transformations of individual preferential sematic representation into preferential logic are employed to coordinate the personality preferences. Taking advantage of analyzing on global satisfaction partial order vector diagrams, a novel scheme for personnel selections and optimum allocations in group collaborations is established. Finally, a case study is carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
