部分转移概率缺失的时滞马尔可夫型基因调控网络稳定性分析

Stability Analysis for Markov-type Genetic Regulatory Network with Time Delays and Partial Information on Transition Probabilities

  • 摘要: 针对部分转移概率缺失的时滞马尔可夫型基因调控网络(GRNs)的稳定性问题,通过构造包含翻译过程和转录过程中时滞信息的增广李亚普诺夫函数,在弱化李亚普诺夫函数条件的基础上采用广义的Wirtinger’s不等式估计李亚普诺夫函数的弱无穷小算子,提出了GRNs时滞相关稳定性判据. 最后,数值实例和仿真结果说明所提的稳定性判据的有效性及优越性.

     

    Abstract: To address the stability problem in Markov-type genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) that contain only partial information on transition probabilities and time delays, we propose GRN delay-dependent stability criteria. We develop an augmented Lyapunov function that includes time delay information for the process of transcription and translation. By weakening the conditions of the augmented Lyapunov function, we use the extended Wirtinger's inequality to estimate the weak infinitesimal operator of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii function (LKF). Finally, numerical examples and simulations are provided to illustrate the proposed method's effectiveness and merits.
