容错三相四开关逆变器PMSM的模型预测转矩控制

Model Predictive Torque Control of Fault-tolerant Three-phase Four-switch Inverter Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 以四开关逆变器作为传统六开关电压源逆变器的容错拓扑,通过驱动系统的运行模式建立三相四开关逆变器和永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)的数学模型,提出针对容错三相四开关逆变器的PMSM驱动系统模型预测转矩控制策略. 通过不平衡电压抑制方法降低电容不平衡分压对系统运行产生的不利影响. 仿真结果表明,采用此方案进行容错控制的PMSM驱动系统可以持续稳定运行,从而进一步验证了该方案的正确性和可行性.

     

    Abstract: In this study, a four-switch inverter is adopted as a fault-tolerant topology for a traditional six-switch voltage-source inverter. We developed a dynamic model of a three-phase four-switch inverter permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on our analysis of the operation mode of a drive system. This paper presents a model predictive torque control strategy for the three-phase four-switch inverter PMSM drive system. The influence of capacitor voltage imbalance is reduced using a voltage suppression method. The simulation results demonstrate that the fault-tolerant PMSM drive system that adopts the abovementioned method can run continuously and stably. The results also verify the efficiency and validity of the proposed method.
