Abstract
In order to optimize the airport runway capacity and flow allocation through fixes,the fixes and runways of airport terminal area are considered as a single system.According to the system capacity constraints,a multi-objective model is built by introducing satisfactory criterion and analyzing the interaction of runway capacity and fix flow.The numerical example investigation shows that all of the flights are allocated efficiently within the considered period through assigning all traffic flow at the airport terminal area.The overall flight queue is decreased by 10% and the satisfactory degree is 0.75.The efficient utilization of runway capacity and rational allocation traffic flow at airport terminal area are achieved.
