Cooperative Gauge Control Strategy of Reversible Cold Rolling Mill for High-Precision Aluminum Plate Strip

  • The main control methods of AGC(automatic gauge control) are analyzed,the bounce characteristic of the rolling mill is used to compensate the roller gap,and the cooperative gauge control strategy for reversible cold rolling mill to produce high precision aluminum plate strip is obtained.Simulation result shows that the presented strategy meets the productive demands of high precision aluminum plate strip,and performance of the control system is improved obviously.
