Tianjin Regional Energy Model System

In this paper a regional energy model system for planning and policy analys is isproposed.The basic idea and objective for building the model system are stated and the structures of and interconnections among, the three sub-models of the model systems——the macro-economic model, the energy demand model and the energy supply model are described.
