Features Extraction of Medical Sphygmogram by System Identification

Features extraction of the medical sphygmogram by system identification isdescribed in this paper.The technique has been used in the prediction of the baby sex from its mother'ssphygmogram,and the identification of the patient who has suffered from hypertensionfrom the pulse wave at his finger tip and the blood circulation wave in his brain.Some preliminary results are given.
