  • A communication decision support structure based on information fusion is proposed according to the requirement of communication command. A multi-hierarchical blackboard model, which is used for information fusion and decision-making, is designed, and mixed-knowledge representation model, which is convenient for knowledge integration, is used for knowledge representation.
