Adaptive Control for a Class of Discrete Time Systems with Input Nonlinearity

This paper has studied the adaptive control for the discrete time linear systemhaving input nonlinearity of asymmetric gain with dead zone.Describing dead zoneas an equivalent disturbance,the authors present an adaptive control algorithmwhich can effectively eliminate the effect of such nonlinearity.Simulation resultsshow that the algorithm works well in both stochastic and deterministic situation.
