Abstract
This paper analyzes the potential pitfalls for enterprise process modeling in detail. A new concept of object-oriented process net and the structured process model including organization, resource, information, function, coordination and performance is described. For each basic activity, its performance including time, cost and quality is introduced. The integrative approach to basic activities and control strategies is provided. The formal definitions and expressions of activities that will be used for developing computational language are discussed. After that, the process oriented agile information system using component technology and its mechanism is established.
