CONTROL SYSTEM OF PAPER PULP COOKING PROCESS BASED ON HYBRID FUZZY AND PID ALGORITHM

  • This paper proposes the hybrid fuzzy and PID algorithm applying improved PID algorithm at small error and fuzzy control algorithm at large error, which is based on the analysis of the mathematic model of spherical digester cooking process. The cooking curve tracing accuracy is greatly improved with the application of the algorithm to the tracing control system consisting of six spherical digesters in a factory with large disturbances.
