Design and Realization of Embedded System Development Platform Based on Java Technology

An embedded system development platform based on Java technology is-proposed. The hardware and software architecture of this platform is presented in this paper, and the function, key technique and major characteristics are described as well. Practical application indicates that by using this platform it is easier to make the embedded system to integrate with network, and to extend the function of system. So it becomes possible to increase the efficiency and to shorten the development cycle of embedded system.
