A Role Model for Dynamic Organization Reconfiguration

Abstract
By the extension of the basic connotation of role definition, this paper puts forward a new method to compartmentalize the organization systems, and establishes a role cooperation model according to the cooperation requirement of organizational unit(OU). With this model, the users can customize the OU and dynamically reconfigure the whole system. In order to satisfy the requirement of dynamic reconfiguration, a 3-dimensional application architecture of the organization reconfiguration system is established based on knowledge grid.
