Analysis of the Job Mix with Fuzzy Set

In this paper,fuzzy number is used to take the uncertainty in the job durationtime of the project network into consideration.And a procedure is proposed to calculate the completion time of the entire project in terms of the probability distribution.Compared with PERT,The method introduced is reasonable,simple andeasy to handle.
