Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of aluminum powder nitrogen atomization and classification process and requirements for optimization control,a distributed control system based on industrial control PC,PLC and field bus I/O modules is presented to perform the integrated control of atomization and classification process.By using neural networks and genetic algorithms,the modeling and optimization control is implemented to improve the aluminum powder atomization effect and guarantee safety and stability of the production.
